Well I am still on traack. I am down .1kg from yesterday. I had an eight hour wait between meals yesterday which wasn’t good. At least I didn’t fall into my old habbit of eating chocolate and other rubbish. I am looking forward to breaking through the 94kg barrier. My next major milestone is 90kgs. It may take a few weeks, but when I do I think I will be treating myself to something. Not sure what yet, but I will get myself something!
I have noticed that my trousers are becoming a little loose, and yesterday I had to use the next buckle on the belt that I was wearing which is a good sign. I might pick up a measuring tape, so that I can do some comparisons with my waist line.
Working from home today, so I will be back to my good routine.
For breakfast this morning, I had bran flakes, with some berries on top. It will keep me going until my 11am pita bread. That’s all for now.

This is such an interesting blog on losing weight!
My 2c input is about your trousers. Whatever the opinion about weight loss is, the real target is FAT loss. In the process of losing weight in fat, using the powerplate you’re also going to be PUTTING ON weight in muscle, which may make the fat loss less visible on the scale, but more visible in your waistline (ref. to your trousers). An added bonus is that for every kilogram of muscle you put on, you burn an additional 100 calories per day! (http://knowhow-now.com/HealthandFitness-article114553-FireUpYourMetabolism.html)
Keep up the good programme!

Thanks again Dane. I am just after seeing your comment. It was marked as spam by wordpress.
It is really funny. I put on a shirt yesterday that is normally a good fit, and it was baggy! Really cool. My flexibility is also improving. And it is all just down to simple discipline.
