Day 42

89.3kgs

An increase of 0.4kgs wraps up anonther disappointing week, which sees me having lost just 0.3kgs. Given the time of year, I suppose it is positive that I haven’t put on any weight? Yesterdays dinner was pretty incredible, and I finished it off by having some pavlova. I spent the afternoon and evening in a friends house, and didn’t get to have my walk. I have neglected the evening walk for the past two weeks, and this is more than likely a key contributor in the reduced weight loss over the past two weeks. Will have to remedy that, by getting back into the habbit of walking in the evening.

Day 41

88.9kgs

Back to 88.9kgs today. Finding it hard to get below that. Over Christmas I didn’t eat bran flakes, or all bran for breakfast, so I think I was lacking in fibre. I had a bowl of bran flakes last night, and again this morning.

Today I am going out for an early dinner in a fancy restaurant. They have awesome desserts, and I think I will be tempted into one. Fortunately, because we are going for dinner at midday, I will have a lot of time to digest it all! I also intend to go for a walk in the park later on today, as well as doing a full Power Plate workout.

89.0kgs

This morning I am up 0.1ks. We had some friends over yesterday, and there was a lot of finger food. Then we went out for dinner. Not surprising really. But it is only a minor set back. I have been sitting around for the past few days and haven’t really been active. It is that time of year I suppose.

I decided to treat myself to a Mac Mini today. I am going to pick it up later today. I have never used a Mac before, and am looking forward to it. It is a gift to myself for passing the 7kg mark. Not sure what I am going to use it for, but I am sure I will find a purpose for it!

Day 39

88.9kgs

This morning I weighed in at 88.9kgs. My lowest weight to day, and more importantly, less than 14stone! Woo Hoo!

I ate healthily yesterday, but I also drank at least 5 litres of water during the day. I kept having to run to the bathroom to pee! I have missed a few days of power plate workouts because I have been all over the place visiting friends and family for Christmas. I am looking forward to getting back into my routine.

I am also pleased that I have continued to lose weight over the Christmas period. I was scared that I would undo all of my work over the past 5 weeks with a huge binge over christmas, but I have restrained myself.

Day 38

89.3kgs

Another day and I have remained static on 89.3kgs. To be honest, I am kind of happy with that. I had a nice breakfast, and an early dinner, but then I went to a post Christmas party in a friends house. There was a lot of finger food, an I sort of over indulged a little. I didn’t have any chocolates or anything like that, but I did have a few white bread turkey sandwiches, some smoked salmon and a few chicken nuggets.

Nothing too bad, but at least I didn’t gain any weight! I am really looking forward to getting to 88.9kgs, because that will mean I am below 14 stone. That will be another big milestone for me.

Day 37

89.3kgs

I had an incredible dinner yesterday. It was awesome. I had a traditional turkey and ham dinner, followed by some chessecake for dessert, and I still managed to lose 0.2kgs!!!

I think the key to this was drinking lots of water, and not snacking on any chocolates. I did receive a lot of chocolates, but they have been put into a press, or the fridge, as I don’t really have the urge to eat them!

All in all, I am really happy with my progress over the Christmas period so far. Last week was very up and down when I had to eat out quite a lot, but it looks like I am back on track.

89.5kgs

Happy Christmas everyone! Well, it’s Christmas Day, and I have just completed my weigh in. I am down to 89.5kgs (again!). I am quite happy with that, because yesterday I had some Christmas food! Today, being Christmas day, I am going to different places for breakfast, dinner and dessert!

Not looking forward to tomorrows weigh in, but heh, its Christmas!

Day 35

89.6kgs

Week 5 is now complete. Weight loss wise, this has been my worst week so far, although saying that I still lost 0.5kgs this week. Every second day my weight fluctuated up, which was strange, but understandable given the week that was in it. It is not as if it was unexpected weight gain.

Today should be a good day, I am going to spend most of the day finishing off my Christmas shopping. Tomorrow I am going to my girlfriends parents house for dinner. It will be an immense meal, and will be awesome. Just have to make sure I don’t over indulge too much! 

Day 34 Update

December 23, 2007

I was out at my nieces birthday party and I had a couple of slices of pizza and a few chips. I wasn’t really hungry, but the food was there and I just ate it. Fingers crossed I wont be above 90kgs tomorrow. It would be very disappointing if I do go back above it.

This week has been a bit of a write off with regard to my weight loss. The time of year is a factor, and with a big meal on Christmas day, I am not looking forward to the 26th!!!

89.9ks

The pizza yesterday seems to have increased my weight this morning. I am up 0.4kgs today. A bit disappointing, but I did expect it, especially after I didn’t go for a walk last night. I was too tired when I arrived home and just fell asleep!

Today was a little better. I had a bowl of fruit and bran for breakfast, and then at 11am I had a banana. For lunch, I had my dinner! I had a lamb steak with some onions and mushrooms. I have to go to my nieces birthday this evening, so I decided to have my dinner early today. Fingers crossed, tomorrow should be an improvement.
