I had to change my eating pattern today. I had breakfast at 9:30am. Then at about 10:30 I got a call asking me to go to a meeting at 11:30. I didn’t have time to make a pita bread, so I brought two banannas and a mandarin orange with me.
I had then in the car on my way to and from the meeting. I arrived back home at 4pm and had a pita bread, and a litre of water. I wonder what impact this will have on my weight in the morning?
