I had an incredible dinner yesterday. It was awesome. I had a traditional turkey and ham dinner, followed by some chessecake for dessert, and I still managed to lose 0.2kgs!!!

I think the key to this was drinking lots of water, and not snacking on any chocolates. I did receive a lot of chocolates, but they have been put into a press, or the fridge, as I don’t really have the urge to eat them!

All in all, I am really happy with my progress over the Christmas period so far. Last week was very up and down when I had to eat out quite a lot, but it looks like I am back on track.
