An increase of 0.4kgs wraps up anonther disappointing week, which sees me having lost just 0.3kgs. Given the time of year, I suppose it is positive that I haven’t put on any weight? Yesterdays dinner was pretty incredible, and I finished it off by having some pavlova. I spent the afternoon and evening in a friends house, and didn’t get to have my walk. I have neglected the evening walk for the past two weeks, and this is more than likely a key contributor in the reduced weight loss over the past two weeks. Will have to remedy that, by getting back into the habbit of walking in the evening.
