Today, I am down 0.2kgs on yesterdays weight, but I am back to the weight I was three days ago. At least I can now celebrate again as I am down 10kgs!
Looking forward to some healthy eating today and hopefully I will drop a little more by tomorrow.
Last night I didn’t go for a walk, as I was exhausted. Today I will be doing a power plate workout and going for a walk.

Disappointingly I am up 0.1kgs today. I can’t really see why either. I didn’t eat anything extra and did similar amounts of walking as previous days. I am doing some DIY today, so fingers crossed I will use up some extra energy and hopefully be back on track tomorrow!

Unsurprisingly I am up, but it is only 0.1kg. It is the end of another week and this week I have lost 0.6kgs. Not great, but at least it is a positive amount.
Generally I am feeling much fitter and stronger and just generally happier! I really do think the daily weigh in is beneficial, because I do see instant changes, both positive and negative. And, as you can see from my excel graph, the overall trend is down! There have been a few hiccups, but it looks pretty sweet!

Just back from my evening walk. I was really tired going out, but I managed to do it anyway. It took a little longer than normal, but I am really happy that I went for the walk.
I went out for dinner this afternoon and I had sirloin steak. It was incredible. The only negative thing about the meal was that it came with a portion of fries, and I wasn’t able to say no! Based on that, I think I may be up a little tomorrow at my weigh in. If I am, then it means I will get to celebrate hitting the 10kg mark again!

I didn’t get to go for a walk last night, but I have stil managed to drop 0.1kg, which means I have now dropped 10kgs in total! Not too shabby! This means that I am exactly on target to lose another 6.4kgs during my challenge. I am delighted.
I went out for dinner last night and had the chicken caesar salad. It was nice, and I didn’t have any dessert. I did have a few grapes during the day and, to be honest, I think it is all second nature at this stage. I have nearly fully re-educated myself with regard to my eating. I have found that there is nothing mystical about weight loss. It is simply educated eating and will power. I will try to put up my eating plan for a few sample days to show people what can be eaten (and when) and what weight loss can be achieved. I think a lot of it would surprise people. It certainly has surprised me!

Another positive weigh in. Down to 86.5kgs, which means I have now lost 9.9kgs! I was a little hungry last night before I went out for my walk, so I had some scrambled egg on toast. I normally don’t eat anything that late, but last night I was feeling peckish.
Today will be a Power Plate day, and this evening I will be going for a walk. I missed two days in a row with the walking and I was a bit disappointed. I am aiming to walk 7 days a week, but with late meetings etc., the minimum ,that I hope to walk is 5 times a week.
I am going out for dinner this evening, but I still hope that I can get down at least 0.1kg tomorrow and that will mean that I have passed 10kgs!

Just back from my evening walk. I did the normal distance, but I did it a little quicker today. I was about three minutes faster. Feeling great now. Going to grab a quick shower and then it’s off to bed for me!

Well it looks like yesterday was just a blip, because after yesterdays 0.4kg increase, today I have had a 0.5kg drop!
Yesterday I didn’t get to walk, because I was out at a meeting and didn’t arrive home until 11:45pm, and it was too late to go walking at this stage. I did do a Power Plate workout though which was great. This evening I will be going for a walk, and I will try to make up for missing two in a row!

Yesterday evening I went to a friends house, and didn’t arrive home until 11:30pm. It was too late for me to go for my walk, and it looks like I have paid a heavy price for that! I am up 0.4kgs on yesterdays weight!
The other thing I did differently was eat turkey? Normally for dinner I have fish. Could this be a factor? We will see tomorrow, because tonight I am going back to fish!

A good weigh in this morning. I am down 0.4kgs since yesterday. Another 0.3kgs and I will have lost 10kgs! Wow! I just picked up a 10kg weight and couldn’t believe how much weight I have actually lost.
Today I am working from home, and I have some turkey in the fridge which I am going to cook for dinner. For the past few days I have been having fish, but at the weekend I picked up some turkey and I am really looking forward to it. I wouldn’t normally eat turkey (except at Christmas), and I can’t wait!
