Day 84

By 100 Day Challenger

A good weigh in this morning. Down 0.3kgs on yesterday, but the same weight as Saturday.

For the past nine weeks I have noticed a pattern with my weight loss. It is two weeks where I lose less than 1kg per week, followed by one week where I lose more than 1kg. And this week sticks to that pattern. This week I have lost 0.4kgs. If the pattern continues, I would expect to drop more than 1kg in the coming week.

I am going to put more of an emphasis on resistance training this week, using the Power Plate and free weights. Obviously I am still going to keep up with my walking / jogging, but I intend to put more effort into weights.

    looks like you’ve made some good progress, but only 16 days to go to lose 4.6k …. if you don’t make it by the end, you think you’ll keep up the good health routine?

    Thanks for checking in on me!

    I think I am going to fall short on my original target, but my new healthy eating has become second nature. I do still intend to reach 80kgs, but it is going to take a little longer, but I am happy with that.

    I haven’t eaten chocolate since I started the challenge, and I haven’t been to McDonalds, KFC or Burger King either! Which to be honest, is a big deal for me!
