This is the blog of a 28 Year Old Man who is trying to lose 16kgs in 100 Days. There are three streams to my plan,

1) A Balanced Diet

2) A Regular Cardio Workout

3) A Power Plate exercise device

I intend to update the blog on a daily basis, and hopefully it will help me to achieve my goal.

    I think this blog is awesome :) I wanted to do the exact same thing (possibly differing goals) but I will be following daily.

    It’s amazing that I found it so arbitrarily after one day of existence!

    I think this daily register will also force you in some way to ensure you lose the weight. you know, because people are “watching” :P

    I’m thinking about leaving a comment next to each day – maybe others would too (only if that’s ok)
