Day 94

84.2kgs

Bodypump has paid off again! Down 0.2kgs. I am into my last week and, while I am not going to hit my original target, I am very happy with my progress and re-education on food. I have found it very hard to get below 84kgs. I first hit 84.9kgs twenty days ago, and I have only dropped 0.7kgs since then.

Below is my weight loss graph for the last 94 days! It looks good. There are a few little jumps in there, but overall the weight loss has been fairly consistent.

Day 93

84.4kgs

This morning I am down .1kg to 84.4. I didn’t go for a walk yesterday or do a Bodypump class as I got stuck on a problem at work, and then last night I decided to go to the movies instead of a walk!

I am just about to run and do a Bodypump class now, and I have turned off my mobile so nobody can stop me going! Looking forward to the Bodypump class. Hopefully this time it will be a little easier than the last one. I was in pain for two days after the last one!

Day 88

84.4kgs

Wow! BodyPump is awesome! I have been in a bit of a lull recently and found it hard to shift the weight. After yesterdays BodyPump class I am down 0.3kgs today. I have lost 0.3kgs in a day recently, but last night I was out for dinner and I had french fries with my dinner. Normally when I do this I either remain static or put on weight. Amazingly, today I am down 0.3kgs!

I can only put it down to BodyPump. I would love to do another class today, but I have been told that you should have at least one rest day between BodyPump classes to allow your musclses to recover. Tomorrow I will definitely do another BodyPump class.

I can feel a few aches and pains today too, especially in my quads and shoulders. But I suppose, “no pain, no gain!”.

Today I am out with a customer for lunch, so I have to be good. I have 13 more weigh ins, and I want to lose at least 1.9kgs to get to my secondary target. That will leave me 2.5kgs away from my original target, on the right road to hit my target and very happy!

Day 87 – Update

February 14, 2008

Instead of going for a walk at lunch time I decided to do a BodyPump class. Wow, I am exhausted. I haven’t done BodyPump for about six months, but it was incredible. I am exhausted! The heaviest I lifted was 12kgs, but even still I am worn out.

When I used to do BodyPump regularly I would be lifting 25kgs for some of the tracks, but today 12kgs and I was done!

BodyPump is awesome. According to their site you can burn upto 600 calories in a single class. I don’t know how many calories I burned in the class, but it was a lot. I am much more tired than I would be after going for a walk.
