Just back from my evening walk. I used my Nike + device with my new ipod nano for the first time today. I was a bit disappointed to see that I only walked 2.25 kms and it took me 30 minutes. That is an average of only 4.5km/h! I was a bit shocked.
I had a lovely dinner today; Salmon with pasta. An odd combination, but it was pretty awesome!

I didn’t get to go for a walk last night, but I have stil managed to drop 0.1kg, which means I have now dropped 10kgs in total! Not too shabby! This means that I am exactly on target to lose another 6.4kgs during my challenge. I am delighted.
I went out for dinner last night and had the chicken caesar salad. It was nice, and I didn’t have any dessert. I did have a few grapes during the day and, to be honest, I think it is all second nature at this stage. I have nearly fully re-educated myself with regard to my eating. I have found that there is nothing mystical about weight loss. It is simply educated eating and will power. I will try to put up my eating plan for a few sample days to show people what can be eaten (and when) and what weight loss can be achieved. I think a lot of it would surprise people. It certainly has surprised me!

Another day, another 0.1kg drop! I went for a good walk last night. It was late, around 10:45pm when I went and it lasted just under 30 minutes. It was great, because as soon as I arrived home I fell asleep and slept right through until this morning.
I ate well yesterday. I had some cod for dinner and it was very nice.
I did a good Power Plate workout yesterday. The first proper Power Plate workout of the new year. I really have to get back into the habit with the Power Plate.

Just back from my walk. Again, I did it in about twenty minutes, but I did stop at the shop to pick up a carton of Adez. I think I have a bit of an addiction to that juice!
It was very cold, but I wrapped up in a lot of layers and it was fine. I wore a jacket that I haven’t worn in a long time and it was really baggy on me. Last time I wore it, it was quite tight. Woo Hoo!
I ate out this evening, and had a chicken caesar salad.I also had half a porion of fries which was a bit bad, but it is friday.

This morning I am up 0.3kgs, and I don’t really know why? Actually, I had two yoghurts yesterday. I had one in the afternoon, and then had another one after dinner. Maybe that is why. Usually I had a bowl of yoghurt with berries after dinner, but instead I had a Muller something yoghurt instead.
Otherwise my diet was the same as usual. I didn’t drink as much water yesterday either. I think I only drank two litres. Usually I am drinking three or four litres per day.
I slept in this morning and didn’t wake up until someone in the office phoned me at 9:30. It is now 10:30 and I am just going to get my breakfast. A bown of fruit and bran and glass of Adez soya and fruit juice.
Yesterday I took a walk to the shop and I increased my speed. I even ran the first kilometre. I think gradually over the coming weeks I will run further each time I go to the shop, and then eventually I will be jogging all the way!
I am not really concerned about small fluctuations up in my weigh, as I am sure I will get back on track within a couple of days if I keep sticking to my healthy eating plan.

Another good day. Down another 0.2kgs. I have broken through the 91kg barrier. Woo Hoo! I was working until late yesterday and didn’t get to go out for a walk, so I am really happy that I have had another drop.
The healty eating has really become second nature and I haven’t had any urges for chocolate or any other types of goodies.
I am due to do a power plate workout today, and I will go for a walk later today.

I had to change my eating pattern today. I had breakfast at 9:30am. Then at about 10:30 I got a call asking me to go to a meeting at 11:30. I didn’t have time to make a pita bread, so I brought two banannas and a mandarin orange with me.
I had then in the car on my way to and from the meeting. I arrived back home at 4pm and had a pita bread, and a litre of water. I wonder what impact this will have on my weight in the morning?

Today I ate healthily all day. No goodies again. It is starting to become second nature, and I don’t really have an urges for chocolate any more.
I tried the frozen grapes today, and they are really nice. The red grapes are nicer than the green grapes. Really good!
I think I am becoming addicted to Adez. I went to the shop today and bought another three cartons! It tastes nice, and is high in protein.

Well, I had a positive shock this morning when I did my “weigh in”. I am down 1 whole kg since yesterday! I didn’t think that was possible. The fact that my weight had remained static for three days means that I have lost 1kg over 3 days, but even still that is pretty weird!
I changed my diet slightly yesterday. Rather than eating a pita bread at 11am and 2pm, I ate half of one at each time, and then after 2pm I had a smoothy. Rather than using traditional juice in the smoothy I used some Adez juice and soya drink. It is very tasty, but is alsoa good source of protein. Last night I had some berries with yoghurt for desert. I also bought some grapes and put them in the freezer. I read somewhere that forzen grapes are supposed to be awesome. I am looking forward to trying them later today.

I cooked some cod and garlic mushrooms for dinner today, and had a side salad. About 30 minutes after dinner, I was hungry. I was tempted to have a desert, but decided against it. Instead, I had a bag of popcorn and a litre of water.
Not a very informative post, but I am just finishing off my work for the evening and I intend to turn off my laptop now. This (8pm) is the earliest I have finished work in about 2 weeks. It has been pretty hectic, but I have stuck to my healthy food thing!
