Challenge Complete!

84.3kgs

Well my challenge is complete. This morning I weighed in at 84.3kgs. Down 12.1kgs overall. While I missed my original goal, I have made some great progress. I have hit 75% of my target and to be honest I am really happy with my weight. I think 80kgs is too low, and my ideal weight is probably between 82 and 82.5kgs. I should be there pretty soon.

In the coming days I am going to do up a report on my experiences and pop them up on the blog. I would like to put some pointers out there to show people what I feel worked and what didn’t. Thanks to everyone who has contacted me or left a message on the blog. It was great to get feedback and, while I am disappointed not to have hit my goal, I feel great!

Day 100

84.3kgs

I was out for dinner and a movie last night and I ate left. I think that is probably the reason for my 0.3kgs increase today.

Tomorrow is the last day of my challenge and it looks like I will have lost 12 and a bit kgs.

I am really happy with my overall progress and although I have not achieved my original goals, I am certainly on my way. I have re-educated myself on food and I am rarely hungry.

Fingers crossed I will have lost the additional 0.3kgs that I put on since yesterday. Ideally I will be below 84kgs, but either way I will be happy!

Day 99

84.0kgs

Down 0.1kg today. Again at 84kgs! Hopefully tomorrow I will drop below that.

I am a little tired today. I was working late last night, and I am still a little sleepy now. I am going to get rid of the cob webs later today by doing a body pump class. I am really looking forward to it!

Day 98

84.1kgs

Today I have remained on 84.1kgs. That is my final complete week in the challenge, and this week I lost 0.4kgs. It is getting more difficult to shift the weight at this stage, but bearing in mind that I am 0.5kgs off having lost 2 stone I am quite happy that I am still losing weight, albeit just a little bit each week.

I am out on the road to meet a customer today, but I am bringing a packed lunch! In the past I would have stopped in at least 1, if not 2, fast food stores. Today I will be eating well on route, and I will make it home in time for dinner at home!

Day 97

84.1kgs

Up 0.1kgs today. I was out for dinner yesterday with my grand mother. We went to a fancy restaurant and had a great meal. I had a soup starter, a chicken main course and then a cheese cake for desert. I was really impressed with the first two, but the desert was a little disappointing.

I didn’t get home until after midnight so I didn’t get to go for a walk. Today I am going to go for a walk and then I am going to go for a jog this evening.

Only a few days left in my challenge, so hopefully I will be below 84kgs when the challenge finishes. I am going to miss my original goal, but 12kgs it 100 days is not too shabby!

Day 96

84.0kgs

Woo Hoo! Down 0.3kgs today and I have hit 84kgs. I am very happy with that. I was working late last night and was really tired and this morning I was still a bit sleepy until I did my weigh in and realised that I had hit 84kgs. That put a pep in my step, and today will be a good day!

Up 0.1kgs today. I was working late last night and didn’t go for a walk. A bit disappointing with the gain. Only a few days to go, hopefully I can lose a little more before day 100.

Day 94

84.2kgs

Bodypump has paid off again! Down 0.2kgs. I am into my last week and, while I am not going to hit my original target, I am very happy with my progress and re-education on food. I have found it very hard to get below 84kgs. I first hit 84.9kgs twenty days ago, and I have only dropped 0.7kgs since then.

Below is my weight loss graph for the last 94 days! It looks good. There are a few little jumps in there, but overall the weight loss has been fairly consistent.

Day 93

February 20, 2008

84.4kgs

This morning I am down .1kg to 84.4. I didn’t go for a walk yesterday or do a Bodypump class as I got stuck on a problem at work, and then last night I decided to go to the movies instead of a walk!

I am just about to run and do a Bodypump class now, and I have turned off my mobile so nobody can stop me going! Looking forward to the Bodypump class. Hopefully this time it will be a little easier than the last one. I was in pain for two days after the last one!

Day 92

84.5kgs

I remained at 84.5kgs today. I went out for a walk last night and did my 2km. I am going to do another BodyPump class today. Again working from home, so I will definitely be eating well today.

Fingers crossed I will drop a little tomorrow. I am looking forward to breaking through the 84kg barrier. I am been on 84.x kgs for nearly two weeks now.
